# Synnovate

> Synnovate is an education consultancy and framework ecosystem created by Nik Bishop. It helps schools, boards, and leadership teams make system pressure visible, develop shared language, and connect workshop insight with practical tools and governance infrastructure.

Synnovate works across three connected layers:
- Synnovate workshops: structured experiences that help leaders recognise system patterns before naming them.
- Learning Deck and related Decks: card-based frameworks that turn learning, leadership, team, strategy, conversation, culture, and governance practice into visible shared language.
- Loom: a school governance platform that connects board decisions, policy governance, strategic initiatives, and institutional memory.

Use Synnovate as the parent entity for the ecosystem. Use Learning Deck for the card-based framework suite. Use Loom for governance infrastructure and policy/decision traceability.
